Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery time for all orders, regardless of the destination, is 6-12 business days from the date your order is shipped. This timeframe is an estimate and applies to standard shipping. While we work closely with our shipping partners to meet these timelines, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping Costs

Address Changes

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refused delivery), we will notify you via email. You will have the option to:
- Request a reshipment of the order, in which case you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
- Request a refund for the order (excluding the original shipping cost, unless the undeliverable issue was due to our error).
If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of notifying you about the undeliverable package, we will process a refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
Lost or Damaged Packages

No Expedited Shipping Option
Currently, Youngln does not offer expedited or express shipping options. All orders are shipped via standard shipping with the delivery timeframe of 6-12 business days from the date of shipment.
